Hello.This is a skin for Rainmeter.

The concept is by MS. And I imitated fediaFedia's idea [link] in Rainmeter.

Awesome, but I dont think Fediafedia made this idea. It was a concept done by MS called Oxygen plus some other ones like Zinc and Argon etc.

Very nice, but how can I move the config under the taskbar like in your screenshot? And is that a Vista VS or a Windowblinds VS?

Did you exclude the check of Taskbar Property [Keep the taskbar on top of other window]?
And Oxygen_Background's configuration is [Topmost] and [Click Through] ,other gadgets configurations are [Topmost].
